Iron Acton

Iron Acton is a small village west of Yate, most noted for nearby Acton Court, where Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn stayed in 1535.

The village has a primary school and several pubs, and is a handy stop for both the Avon Cycleway and nearby Frome Valley Walkway.
